At Mindset Health Hub, we aim to provide accessible, sustainable psychological care. Our fees reflect not just session time, but the business costs, ongoing training, supervision, tax and superannuation that go into delivering quality care.

Clinical Psychologist
50-minute session, $265
Medicare rebate (with a valid Mental Health Care Plan): $149.05
NDIS Price Guide Psychologist rate: $252.99 per hour.

Cancellation Fees
Our cancellation fee is clearly outlined in the Service Agreement Form you will complete at your first session. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the cost of the session. Please note that Medicare and health fund rebates cannot be claimed for missed appointments.
Please be prepared to pay for your psychologist's time if you cancel for any reason with less than 48 hours notice. It is rare that late notice cancellations are able to be filled with 7 days notice.
Important to Note
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, your GP may refer you with Mental Health Care Plan for the treatment of a psychological health disorder. Medicare provides a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year.
Assessments, report writing, couples therapy, missed appointments or other non-treatment services are ineligible for Medicare rebates.
Rebates from private health funds vary, so it is important you enquire with your health fund to determine what rebates apply for you.
