Therapy Fees

At Mindset Health Hub, we believe in providing an accessible and sustainable service. Please be mindful

• Clinical Psychologist 

  • A standard session is approximately 50 minutes and fees are $235 per appointment.

  • Full session fees are to be paid at or before the time of the appointment, and the rebates are claimed online after the session. Fees will be increased to $250 in 2026. 

  • ‍If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, your GP may refer you with Mental Health Care Plan for the treatment of a psychological health disorder. Medicare provides a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year.

  • Please be prepared to pay for your psychologists' time if you cancel for any reason with less than 48 hours notice. It is rare that late notice cancellations are able to be filled with 7 days notice.

  • Assessments, report writing, couples therapy, missed appointments or other non-treatment services are ineligible for Medicare rebates.

  • Rebates from private health funds vary, so it is important you enquire with your health fund to determine what rebates apply for you.

  • Concession rates may be eligible for those with extreme financial hardship, and should be discussed upon first contacting the practice or discussed with your psychologist as your s 

  • Psychology Services under the NDIS Price Guide Psychologist rate is $232.99 per hour​

Cancellation Fees

Our cancellation fee is clearly outlined in the Client Consent Form you will complete at your first session. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the cost of the session. Please note that Medicare and health fund rebates cannot be claimed for missed appointments.
